An app from the Google-universe that brought you gmail, sheets, maps, etc. It’s just like your to-do list on your notes app but what I like most about it is you can FORWARD emails from your gmail account that you need to reply to as Tasks so you don’t forget about them. It’s great if you have a lot of email reply anxiety like me and get overwhelmed by your inbox.

At a certain age, a good percentage of your self-worth comes from finishing stuff. I know we’re supposed to stop being hard on ourselves, but that’s sort of unrealistic, so might as well be efficient. Using iPhone Notes is ok for drafting stuff, but not as a to-do list. For paper lists I use the Action Method notebooks that Ghostly distributes. I have very very bad handwriting though so I've probably used 10 different apps over the years. I’ve found that I don’t really need features and folders. So this is dumb simple, and something about the action and sounds it makes it fun to add to. BUT, buyer beware, this app seems to be phased out by the developer, so play at your own risk.

Comes standard on any iPhone and if you are a compulsive list maker (like me), it’s so much better than the notes app. You can color code and categorize and drag and drop to reorder, attach links to items, include pictures…I can find anything in any one of my 100 lists 🩵

Forgot to add this to my previous post, I guess I really like my non-socials haha, but also I am surprised I haven’t seen ppl mention it
Notion: very helpful for organizing my life, both work and non-work, it is great for planning long-term projects or assignments, or birthdays and hobbies and budgeting. easy to use and fun when you really get the hang of things and use more features. if you have a student/school email, you get access to the premium-ish version. I’ve used my edu email for like 2 years now since graduating and I haven’t had any issues.
Notion calendar: is a new separate, off-shoot app. I don’t use the phone app as much but the desktop app is 10/10. I’ve connected all my gmail calendars which makes managing everything all at once much easier than trying to connect them all through one Google/apple calendar. It looks cleaner and still sends reminders

The oceans gentle giant! They always look like they’re about to give a hug 🥹
You’re not supposed to interact or pet them only because they like it and shouldn’t get use to human interaction because that will increase them swimming to the surface and getting injured or killed by boats.
They’re brains are small but they’re really smart…..(kinda how I feel about myself)
