I work room service at a fancy hotel and am constantly in the kitchen because of it. A true breakfast of champions is one made of scavenged ingredients thrown together but the current rotation is:
🍞 toast with the sundried tomato garnish (bonus if my coworker steals avocado for me) or jam and flaky salt
🥣 tea cup of granola (it’s rlly good)
🍷 cranberry juice, soda water and sprite mixed together
🫖 way over steeped tea because I get busy and I’m forgetful
I love having my breakfasts like grazing boards... an over-easy egg, sliced avocado, fruit assortment, sausage, toast with hollandaise sauce, a yogurt with granola.. don't forget a delicious warm beverage
Breakfast should be extended as long as possible
Another random ingredient breakfast with a cup of oj and green tea (don’t mind the colour I was already a few steeps in)
Star of the show: coldcut porchetta
Phở so good it got us writing Google reviews. The owners were so lovely and genuinely excited to share their food. You know it's going to be good when you walk in and the owners are prepping shallots at the front counter 🤰
Can’t leave the house without my car keys, wallet, phone, headband, camera, belvita breakfast crackers, scrunchie, hand lotion, 3 kinds of hand sanitizer, 2 kinds of lip balm, advil, chikawa themed medicine pouch, pen from work, socks and vape!
