I put a play on the other day and at first I was a bit bored of the cadence, the acting, the lack of whatever my body craved. But I made myself sit with it for a little longer into I sort of remembered what this format feels like. Not sure if that makes sense or is all too obvious but itās nice to cool off the nervous system with something that isnāt just blasting my dopamine receptor.
I think this is a nice pairing to the cool fall breeze thatās settling in.
