Brattle Theater (Harvard Square on the Red Line)
Somerville Theater (Davis Square on the Red Line)
Coolidge Corner Theater (Coolidge Corner on the Green Line (C))
Film Forum is the OG but Metrograph is younger and hungrier, with a more diverse slate of films and an emphasis on rediscovered or neglected classics. Great atmosphere too, with a restaurant and bookstore. you can’t go wrong!
or maybe Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
I saw hella movies in theaters last year on the AMC stubs membership but it was CGI monkeys carrying heavy emotions ftw
it’s just too dope not to enjoy
- it takes 200 years for all the water in the lake to replace itself
- has enough water to submerge NA and SA in 1 foot of water
- contains Isle Royale NP, which is insanely epic
