i do this every day and it's seriously so good, the atmosphere in the morning sets a beautiful tone for the rest of the day. plus there are pretty pigeons to see and sometimes a stray cat
It’s possible for a morning walk to cure you of most moderately bad feelings! Especially tiredness. It doesn’t even have to be a long walk, I swear. Go look at a bird today!
Most days i walk home from my boyfriends place that’s about 23 minutes from mine. I love having a set time to wake my brain up and reflect. Sometimes (today) I meet little street cats as well.
