Every January I binge all of Madonnaās music and Iāve come to my conclusion that my favorite iteration of Madgeās music is when she goes for a more somber midtempo semi-ambient moment (I donāt think Iām describing this accurately, but What It Feels Like for a Girl, Drowned World/Substitute for Love, you could maybe even throw Get Together on here). I think itās just an exciting lane for her because I think of her as this loud and brash figure, so when she goes for a quieter and more laid back moment itās really attention grabbing. Woah!!!!
