One of my favorite recs to share. Meati is fake chicken or steak made from mushroom root fiber. It has good protein and fiber numbers, and it cooks like meat so it’s easy to substitute into meat meals.
i‘ve been pescatarian for 3 years now and the only dish i’ve missed were steak tips. and LET ME TELL YOU this stuff is the real deal. you could’ve had me fooled it only takes a couple minutes to cook and i’ll make it with some rice and cook some mushrooms with a balsamic glaze. so simple and so delicious
