I’m starting with Exhalation by Ted Chiang which I THOROUGHLY recommend. A bunch of short stories about humanity. It’s sort of like black mirror if black mirror was hopeful and about the best in people coming out in bad situation.

do not disturb

noticed recently that if I am anxious or stressed if I just put my phone on do not disturb it helps immediately. probably does not signal anything good about my psyche lol
