aldi hashbrown with a fried egg on top. if i‘m wanting something richer i’ll sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top of the hashbrown or spread some whipped feta. or some mashed avocado. perfect to make before going to work, very easy and cheap. thank you to the oomf who told me that the aldi hashbrowns are the same as the ones from trader joes.
i think about this meal all day. three hash browns and you must take them out and mash them up with some cheese as soon as they’re ready so it melts the cheese. three pieces of chicken bacon. an over easy egg. a dollop of sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and queso. all mixed together for the best start to your day. it takes forever tho but sometimes i wake up super early if im really craving it so i have time to eat it
they make breakfast fun 🌞 I prefer the patties to those big bags of loose potato shavings. 1 patty fits perfectly on a piece of toast. add some garlic powder in the pan. I don‘t even want to know what kinds of oils and chemicals are in them to make them so good. do not tell me!!
noticed recently that if I am anxious or stressed if I just put my phone on do not disturb it helps immediately. probably does not signal anything good about my psyche lol
picked up this album earlier and going to show it to some friends tonight. cannot put into words how much i love this album, even just this particular song. arthur russell really was one of the best to ever do it.
