💿usually, yes, i do feel threatened by the existence of other elizas in the world, especially cool and successful ones like eliza mclamb. but her debut album going through it captures so perfectly that early-20s feeling. it’s a blessing. favorites so far are modern woman, glitter, and anything you want — “i’m an everclear on the rocks,” baby!

everyone wants to talk about deep sea creatures who operate under extreme conditions. who cares how a fish manages to live 1000 meters below the surface if we never see them!!!! what about the little guys! show me the crabs and anemones ans chitons and whelks and limpets and nudibranchs

quilting a blanket or a jacket? intimidating. thrifting a 2 hour mini quilting project book and finding over 75 mini patterns to create cute little quilts to potentially turn into totes or mini tapestries to hang in your room? still intimidating but i think we can all agree it's significantly less scary than the first option.
i thought it would be much harder than it is but cutting little shapes out of scrap fabric and sewing them on has made me feel like a little kid in art class in elementary school in the best way. and a bonus is i found all the scrap fabric in every color i needed at Seattle ReCreative, a thrift store for craft supplies, for $3!!!
i'm currently working on the Pine Tree Retreat pattern!

a man raised 8 grey geese and he teaches them to fly and flies with them on a mini aircraft that he made and he accompanies them on their migration all throughout france and prepares for a final goodbye as he sends them on their way
