The pages of my favourite recipes are always fucked up (well loved)! I annotate as I go so I can actually remember what went wrong last time/what worked/future mods. If I wing a dish and it turns out really well, I write it down. All this note taking has made me a much better + more intentional cook. When I was relying more on digital recipes, I was simply losing my thoughts and ideas to the ether.
We live in the future! Why would I scroll on my phone if I donβt have to?
