Insanely underrated. Without Lucille Ball, there is no Mary Tyler Moore, Carol Burnett, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler. Funny AF. But she also was the first woman to head a major television production company (Desilu, which she managed with husband Desi Arnaz). I love her. She and Dolly Parton are on my Mt. Rushmore.
