One of my roommates bought this lemon infused olive oil and I secretly steal it… recently I’ve been into treating it like a garnish for tomatoes, fried eggs, and mushrooms… it adds a slightly familiar twinge of sweetness to the staples of my day. It sounds annoying and bougie, but having fancy oil and fancy balsamic really does just make a massive difference in cooking. I'm currently obsessed with drizzling my fancy oil and fancy balsamic, along with a healthy grind of salt and pepper, on top of medium sized, halved tomatoes.
