for NOTES APP: what i do is start with a note whose only job is to be a container for a list with a specific category. examples: fashion designers/eras, short names/phrases, long quotes, tinfoil hat theories. then when something comes up that i want to add, i find the note and add content to the "list". i have like 15 or so notes that i normally add to so those are PINNED to the top of the app. you can also create folders to organize notes but tbh i use the search bar function to recall information i might want to reference
