💚last night i had a difficult conversation with someone and i was able to fully say how they made me feel: mad, sad, etc. and i told them what i wished for even though i knew it wasn’t what they wanted.
after you get past the fear, keeping things to yourself is so much harder than being honest.
and both people feel so much better regardless of what was said<3 proud of myself !
