Diagnosis or not, sounds are loud! The subway cars cause hearing damage, ok?? why are comedy shows so loud? Emergency sirens π These make me function more human. I love them.

Must be on hand at all times. Music is always too loud and people will often scream directly in your ears. I have Loops and keep them on my keys around a small carabiner.
