Hello New England friend, I have been applying to places since November!! We are talking entry level shit like cashiers and front desk jobs!!! I have been working since I was like 14 when my parents sent me to the farm and am more than qualified for any entry level shit aside from serving. I really think that places are just not hiring right now at all. You have to find a local business where you can meet the owner in person. Many listings I’ve applied for are still active online several weeks later!! It’s a shit show!!!!!!

this weekend a man on the bridge dropped his airpods so i picked them up for him then on his run back when he passed me he smiled and waved because we were microfriends. i will never see him again but we had our moment i just made this term up but it feels right to describe a nice little fleeting human connection drop your microfriendship stories/recs
