Spicy. Salty. Make it.
1/4 cup popcorn kernels
Pop โem in olive oil in a small/medium pot
In a medium bowl
Melt butter (quantity = follow your heart)
Mix in spoonful of Gochujang
Add hit of black garlic & dried green onions
Add popcorn however you want. I like to use a bowl with a lid to shake the hell out of it.
Sprinkle with flakey salt if you like it salty.
Try a squeeze of lime if you have some hanging around.
Eat in a dark room huddled over the warm glow of your phone screen.
Let me put you on: Nutritional Yeast (GOAT of processed foods) + salt + sugar + msg + oil/fat of your choice (lately Iโve been using avocado oil) = best popcorn ever.
And itโs gotta be the loose kernels, not the bagged microwave kind
