i have an insane technique where i turn the cover inside-out and then crawl into it, grab the corners of the duvet, and then flip it outside-in to cover the duvet. this gets you super sweaty, so i usually have to be shirtless and have the fan on. works everytime, but looks incredibly stupid

learning how to duvet

if you’re like me and spend an hour trying to put your duvet inside its cover (along with yourself, because how else are you supposed to get it in there?), this one’s for you.
my roommate showed me this youtube video (🔗) last night and it’s changed my life forever!!! i will now be looking forward to putting new sheets on my bed every. time.

putting the fitted sheet on by myself

❌ anti-rec ❌ my bed is tucked in the corner so i have to climb all over it to get the sheet on but then i'm kneeling on the sheet so i can't pull it so i have to climb around even more. there is no reason i need to be exhausted by the end of this. honestly the top sheet is probably even worse because i can never get all the sides to feel even in length. i actually think i just hate putting on sheets in general now that i'm talking about it... like i'm getting angry (however, my sheets are clean now <3 that can be a rec for later)
