GETTING A MIRENA IUD

It changed my loife by freeing me from the shackles of my hormonal cycle (and fear of pregnancy) with no side effects and no medication management required… I used to have HORRIFIC debilitating periods and it’s not something I have to live with or even think about anymore. I’m dreading getting mine replaced because my first insertion was kind of a nightmare but it was worth it!! And I’m hoping for a better experience this time around with a different provider 🤞

HAVENT BEEN ON IN 4EVA

updates: read some books (haven’t finished any) found a plethora of dad rock cds (slipknot and alice in chains??) got an iud put in (also had to take a xanax and am still recovering ouch having a womb) went to las vegas!!! (drank for the first time in months and watched much basketball)

Getting your friends to bring back cigarettes for you when they go out of the country

My passport has been expired since 2020, and my friends have brought me back French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Austrian, Croatian, etc cigarettes for me bc I’m a pack a day smoker and they’re nice to me. Highly recommend doing this if you’re well traveled or have well traveled friends
