Over sharing is the best way to get someone to talk, whether it’s about their personal experience or not. Pointing something out about them that you’ve noticed & complimenting it leaves a good impression which opens more opportunities to talk <3
in the people you're talking to, goes a long way. People can hear that in the way we talk to them. And I like to think that the right people would also be interested in answering back.
