Personally, I learn best in a class setting where an instructor has the information organized in a step-by-step manner.
I got to take a photo class in high school where we had a different assignment each week that taught us either something technical or something about composition. Everything built on what came before.
I recommend an in-person class so you have to pull yourself away from distractions and share your progress with other people to get feedback.
