The only planner, imo. It’s small enough to take everywhere, soft bound cover (feels nice) and lays flat when open. Each day has it’s own page so you can treat it like an agenda, bullet journal and sketchbook all in one. There are cute cases you can buy that have pockets for stickers and washi tape if you really want to go for it and why wouldn’t you? The year is simple and on the bind so you could have all your years lined up when you’re 90 and see what you were into on a specific day — into it.

like so many creative people who desperately grasp at organization and pen enthusiasts, I love the Hobonichi Techo planners. But this year I decided to buy one of the Shin-Bijutsukai covers. I put it on the A5 notebook I use as a journal and scrapbook and has totally transformed the way it feels. It has space for four pens, and the cutest little bookmarks. The cover is actually from a 122 year old design magazine but it feels so 1970s. I’m in love.

Guys I frickin love this thing the pages are thin but super durable :) I‘m using it like a scrapbook/sketchbook instead of a planner and the size is so perfect

I have tried many a notebook, and what drives me crazy is the mish mash of daily lists, journal entries, and random plans/quotes/poem drafts. The separation gives me a peace of mind. The accesories are, unfortunately, very fun. Huge tip, use large, bendy paper clips to make this or, frankly, any notebook lay flat.

I’m so serious. Something about walking at a normal pace while sifting through emails makes me absolutely torpedo through them. I don’t even remember responding to 100 emails in the span of 25 minutes and then I’m done? Could also use while binge-watching a new show. Less guilty, somehow.
