proper punctuation is for cowards, i’ll break up 17 phrases with only commas if I want to.

"typing this out", instead of "this," essentially. every grammar lesson that's ever been taught since modern english came around will tell you that the latter is the only proper way to be technically "correct" in your writing, but it's always peeved me how whenever i put a series of words into quotation marks, i always want them to act as their own standalone statement with sentiment that starts and ends with said quotation marks, and imo the insertion of a comma that stands as a part of the sentence around that in between that serves to just completely disrupt whatever meaning i intend behind it. maybe if everyone starts doing this, the whole paradigm would be shifted!!!
also, long run-on sentences are pretty chill too

I fear I worry too much about sounding educated and sophisticated when writing. Especially online
Don't get me wrong i love me a thoughtfully crafted sentence with some juicy meaning. But don't be scared to let a silly typo fly or forget a comma!! Maybe you don't capitalize a proper noun or something!! Can't think of a good adjective? Don't look up a synonym!!! Just put "good" or "very"!! This is not a college thesis.
I'm mostly talking about myself btw. In the right situations tho it's truly liberating to allow yourself to just let the thoughts flow through your fingers as you type online
