Peppermint for tummy aches of course. Rhododendron Adamii + Elderflower for colds apparently. Growing up I had peppermint tea for stomach aches so often that I now associate it with stomach pain and canβt drink it for pleasure at all. I told my father I was starting to get stuffy and achey and he brought some teas. I have turned a corner and am fighting off the infection. I know I mention Ttbeoki often but this tea tasted and smelled exactly like my woodear ttbeoki from last week. It is bizarre how much it tastes like sweetened fermented chili paste but I still found it incredibly comforting, especially lightly sweetened with agave.
