you donβt realize you need ibuprofen until itβs too late!! i personally have a little travel pack with a mix of the basics for emergencies, plus i always have a couple dayquil/tylenol packs in secret pockets of backpacks and purses i use often
i use a couple to keep tylenol and what not in my work bag/errand bag/other errand bag (for when i wanna switch things up look wise) so i have some on hand and i donβt need to keep buying those little travel bottles because i can just refill them at home (when i remember to)
