The Dolly Parton / Chet Atkins version is easily my favorite. The way dolly hits the minor fall into the chorus gives me shivers everytime - I could use less Chet tho tbh.
I have watched this performance no less than a dozen times over the last couple months. and I cry most times. stirring; hypnotic. what a voice!!!! no one does it like judy. when battle hymn of the republic is in my spotify wrapped 10 months from now do not ask questions!
