classic Hiking boots in 2025

Haven’t hit y’all with a clothing rec in a bit — 2025 is the year of stolen valor for hiking. Not like actual technical hiking boots, I mean the ones that look nice + will be worn with jeans. Here’s my two favs: Paraboot Avoriaz that I pictured here and the slightly cheaper (and slightly slimmer) Morjas Hiking boot.

i'm sure people have their preferences but the key is to get on a trail and off the street. I've been hiking in Merrell Moab 3 Mid hiking boots.

Walking on sheet of ice sidewalks with superhuman confidence is life changing. I love the extreme super spiky ones that could get you up Everest…but the lightweight ones will do the job too
