I don’t always want to post them but I find that getting into the habit of taking lots of photos, good and bad, both with people in them and not, makes me want to keep them safer than just on instagram. that’s my emotional support folder… get away from her…

Making video/ timelapse of yourself for accountability

I sometimes enjoy utilizing my own anxieties of being watched to A positive end… if you record a Timelapse of yourself cleaning your room then (a) you cannot check your phone, (b) you will clean your room faster and (c) you now have a silly artifact of this moment in time. this works for any task !
