i love these early iterations of these depeche mode songs. it’s wild hearing them in their raw form before they turned into polished massive hits. it’s also cool hearing martin gore singing the idea of the tune before passing the mic off to david gahan to reign in the frontman persona. i love both versions of all of their tunes
