This only applies if u post avidly on a second instagram account idk at least for me i post so often to my 29 followers and when im in a mood ill just spend forever until i cheer myself up just looking at my own posts especially because of the music feature this seems so narcissistic but I just enjoy it and it cheers me up itβs basically my diary but digital and my friends can see
trying to break the habit of just scrolling by without interacting. i feel like instagram has made me reluctant to throw likes out cause iβm just always dodging ads or sponsored content.
