Call off work. Make yourself breakfast. Go outside and get cold for like 45 minutes, then go back inside and make lunch. Watch TV WITH ads. Read a book. Take a nap.

just a lil stuffed animal pocket sized friend (Lucas and Peanut, respectively) to inject serotonin and merriment into your day and ur life plot. we sneak the frog with us to bars and new restaurants
tbh a very fun and relatively cheap activity ($11 for all of this!) for any size group of ppl! i love to be connected to my food in the ways i can like trying to grow things and farmers market etc so this was a summer bucklister for me. plus lets you enjoy outdoors! bonus points if you can find a farm or orchard near you that is a family business 🫶🏽
