so i sent my friend memory land by cfcf and they thought it was by the same band that made this record,, then she sent me this on some “this is the band i thought this was by” and now i cant stop listening to the first song—its like an early 2010s trip hop/indie road trip song, the drumsss—airy vocallsss—the delayed guitarrrr—the bright bridges—the lagging basss!! fuck. also lovve the instrumental chorus with the subtle vocal and synth/epiano arpeggios,, such a perfect song
even with the run time of like 6 mins i cant seem to not run this back the second it ends
did some digging and it turns out this was a collaboration project between 2 bands CC Dust and Trans FX—whose catalogs are both interesting asf—yet neither of those bands have put out anything since 2017.. peculiar stuff,, neither the less, yes!! 10/10!!
