I’ve been trying to just look around the room more in an effort to be on my phone less. Try it! It can be quite psychedelic and is akin to reading and/or prayer.
Not in like a intellectual or spiritual way im talking about like changing which direction ur facing while ur sitting down. Like face this wall instead of that wall for a change. Actually crazy like wow i never noticed all that over there
The sky, the ceiling, the Sistine chapel, etc. Give it a new perspective! Writing this while laying under this art instillation hanging thing it really inspired me
