Great bagels baked by very friendly staff. never busy which is nice for me but I feel like this place should be much more popular. Conveniently off the flushing JMZ and within walking distance to the Pfizer building rehearsal spaces and yet I rarely see any other musicians here . im not the type of person to travel out of my way for a bagel but I think many people might be closer to this spot than they realize and are missing out.
this is my favorite place to eat in the entire city - the jewel of Sheepshead Bay (which is also my favorite neighborhood in NYC). the interior makes me feel like i'm in an 80s teen movie and the roast beef n cheez is a fast food sandwich experience beyond comparison.
This way every meal you eat has 4 mushrooms in it.
If you are making spaghetti, or an omelette, or stir fry, you can add 4 mushrooms into it.
Then you can eat 4 mushrooms every time you eat a meal.
