writing letters (have to be in cursive) to your friends. i write letters constantly. It allows you to monologue and allows the recipient to then monologue back to you. I’ve broken 6 bones so far. Not purposefully. I have extremely weak bones (?) other than the pain there’s literally nothing bad about it you Just get a lot of attention for a couple weeks and then can sit and do nothing and read a bunch for 3-4 months
