i've been moving a massive bag of friendship bracelet string from nightstand drawer to nightstand drawer for probably the last 10 years. i was feeling crafty so i started taking the string, cutting it to the lengths of a piece of paper, and making a picture out of the different colored string. big fun - highly recommend letting ur little fingers take control and do some arts & crafts

It’s cute, it’s easy, it’s super cheap. Lately whenever I have guest whenever we sit around and talk we all make a chain together it’s great to keep your hands busy and just relax and focus on the conversation and being with people you love linking little papers together. I have like 40 feet of valentines chains at this point

I bought this roll of string in 2022 and I keep finding uses for it. I hung a stained glass biplane from my window with it. I made little loops in lieu of hooks for a new shower curtain when I didn’t want to go return to home depot. I have tied up countless gifts’ wrapping paper with it. I tied up a bunch of stacks of things when moving with it honestly I don’t know how I would get on without string

If you’re crafty or have any type of office supplies I use mine for paper clips, binder clips, tacks, sewing pins, buttons. You could use shorter/wider ones for storing jewelry since air tight containers are best from keeping pieces from tarnishing or getting a patina anyway (it’ll slow that from happening anyway). If you have cute or unique looking jars use them as bud vases for some flowers on bookshelves or a vanity. You could use them to collect things like sand/seashells/rocks from traveling and roadtrips. You could start a change jar to put all your change from things throughout the year in and add it up at the end of the year.
