your local coffee roaster's christmas blend. a sweeter Irish whiskey like a Jameson Black Barrell, cream with little bit of nutmeg on top for seasonal adjustment... absolute crowd pleaser. winter comfort with the much-needed caffeine boost, helps my family get through the frankly ridiculous amounts of whiskey that comes our way every christmas, guests have started calling it a highlight. might go in my new years' rotation too!

a pretty diverse snack: you can have it when itās time for coffee and you can also have it when itās time for dessert. you can even add baileys or some other liqueur if youāre nasty. the contrast of sweet and bitter is so exquisite, and then you get an extra little creamy coffee sip at the very end.

When I was a kid, I had a homework assignment that asked me what my biggest dream was, and I wrote, 'to spend a whole day on the internet.' That didnāt age well for obvious reasons, but here, that feeling was rekindled.
