really guys do it. someone said to me, "salt makes everything more like itself". pretty sure they stole that from ina garten or someone like that but good on them for spreading the wisdom. i thank them.
everytime i have yogurt now (french or bulgarian style) i sprinkle a lot of flaky salt on it. sprinkle somem walnuts and slice up a good peach. bing bang boom.
if you wanna go to the next level, Ayran is a salted, fizzy yogurt drink from Turkey/Iran (depending on you ask). find a good middle eastern bakery and they might have it.

need to shout out Bulgarian style yogurt. the tyranny of greek yogurt must end.
i like greek yogurt but it's so casein heavy i feel like a clogged pipe eating it. bulgarian yogurt keeps the whey in and it's all the better for it. it's tangy, refreshing, light but creamy. incredible when salted.
trimona is great. white mountain is goated.

so easy to make and it’s perfect for every occasion !!! I was having a difficult afternoon, but I had a big glass of ayran with ice (empty in the pic ehehe) and it really made my day better !!!
just combine plain yogurt with water and salt, and that’s it !!!

guys this is happening now and lasts about a week. it’s so stunning and beautiful. meadows of little purple flowers no taller than grass. little bees coming out of their slumber to get that nectar. also saffron comes from a crocus! crazy! life is so beautiful.
