In an appropriate context of course, but the taboo around salaries was born from concealing the fact that women and bipoc made less. Let's be transparent! It's important to benchmark our salaries so that we can make sure we are all getting paid what we deserve!!
My sibs and I are close but we have lots of age gaps and live in different places and have very different lives so we donโt always communicahe a lot. I've started to facetime them constantly to say hi. Sometimes they don't pick up but that is ok. As long as they do sometimes and I can see their face and say hi :)
