there's no shortage of japanese groceries in the city, and most of them will have a selection of premade onigiri. they are the perfect mid-outing refuel and conveniently portable. pairing one with a rose green tea and a packet of hi chews makes me ascend

whenever i go somewhere outside of md, i always want to bring a few back with me. i hate making them myself and there are little to no places near me that make them with authentic flavors.
i love especially mentaiko (spicy cod roe)
