I mean, literally back on the saddle.
A few weeks ago I fell off my bike in the dorkiest way possible because of my new shoes + clip pedals and ended up (mildly) fracturing my elbow. It sounds worse than it was luckily, but it hurt like hell that first week. I could only straighten my arm out maybe 60% of the way... no bueno.
This week it's finally starting to fade away, so I hopped back on the saddle a bit earlier than the doc recommended and ripped around the park. I don't regret it at all. I feel incredible.
