I’m addicted to Sudoku and have been for the past six months. My favorite thing is when the day is done and the TV is on and I'm working on a sudoku with my two cats next to me. Pure bliss. I don't like ordering things online and sudoku is actually really hard to find in stores. It's not at drug stores or regular bookshops like you'd expect. You can always find it at the airport or at like Iconic Magazines on mulberry st.

Mental exercise 🏋️‍♂️, a simple but all-consuming addiction. I’ve played at least 1 game of sudoku every morning for months. I look forward to it, and find myself opening a game in progress rather than doomscrolling IG during those little moments of “in-between time”. I play on a phone app, but I’m seriously considering a back-pocket book of sudoku.

Hiii! This is my first ever post on here, and I just wanted to ask: does anyone else here have a Sudoku obsession? I mean, I've played Sudoku from time to time for like a year or two now, but over the last few days, I’ve been sick, and the only thing that brought me any comfort was playing Sudoku—for reasons I honestly can't explain. Feeling sad? Sudoku. Tired? Sudoku. Don’t feel like doing anything? Sudoku. Happy? Sudoku. You get the idea. I love playing it so much that my mom bought me an advanced Sudoku magazine with all kinds of variations: classic Sudoku, Jigsaw Sudoku (which, weirdly enough, I find easier than the classic one), and more. I’m obsessed. So yeah… does anyone else love Sudoku this much? Or are you into similar puzzles or games? If so, let me know—maybe we could become friends :)

I’m not good at describing tastes and am certainly not a foodie but I want to talk about the beverage TÖST because it’s important. Basically TÖST feels trés sophisticated. It doesn't have alcohol in it but it is still celebratory and special. Delightful, delicious and bubbly lol. It's not too sweet but also isn’t trying to mimic the taste of alcohol. it's doing its own thing. It comes in a beautiful bottle and is a great thing to bring to a dinner party, especially if I am at the dinner party. I think i discovered it when i was exploring my favorite overpriced supermarket in Fort Greene, greene grape (temporarily closed! 😔) but you can find it at whole foods i believe.

I went to a preseason basketball game like a month ago and it was a spiritual experience. I am the opposite of a sports person but I was invited to go last minute with front row seats or i think there was a different word used. I had just gotten over covid and was feeling like i needed to seize the day and say yes to things after being cooped up for a week. Everyone was in such a good mood and being so positive in the stadium. I felt like I was in a spaceship which I really love. Also I love teamwork.

When I first saw sliding doors when I was 12 it blew my mind. It’s like my fight club. Actually better than fight club in my opinion because it’s for girls. It’s kind of like one of those early 2000s rom coms with an element of fantasy, but it’s way better than “what women want” or “shallow hal,” No offense to those movies. To me, sliding doors is about how we have zero clue what’s good for us. It makes me happy that I have so little control over my life. Things I may think I really want, like getting somewhere on time or holding onto a relationship, may be totally wrong.
