This song has always embodied the start of autumn for me until literally this week someone pointed out the song is actually about Heroin and not about the joys of seeing crisp golden brown leaves beginning to fall and the emotions it stirs within us….anyway this is still a hit that sticks like grits and will be in heavy rotation for me this September

I would live in an eternal summer if I could. Autumn has, year after year, brought me nothing but depression and illness and grief. I hate it when the nights get darker and the weather gets bad. Being cold sucks. I don't care about the "cosy" benefits everyone talks about. I am a certified hater. I made this playlist to try and fix this and it actually kind of works.

My friend Bintou has gotten me obsessed with indie black drama/thrillers that are like straight to Tubi (a Tubi original). It will literally look like it was shot on an iPhone but will be more captivating than any criterion film I’ve ever seen. I had no idea just how limitless you could be with little to no budget.
