I've been stuck in the endless loop of doomscrolling on any platform I can find and it's made me feel so disconnected from my friends and just from my general life and reality. I just started a new painting and I feel so amazing? I used to not be able to paint inside of the house and my parents would force me to paint outside in our little garage-- since i would make such a huge mess of paint and other crafting I did. I feel like the fact I wasn't really allowed to paint since I would make a huge mess made getting back into it so fun? We're all human and we'll make mistakes and messes. God I love paint on my hands.
