On Saturday I posted a silly poem about a fish, as of today it has gone viral with over 12M views. After it reached 500K I had to mute it because people were starting to get nasty, little did I know that it would only get bigger and people would now go into my profile and reply to my post saying nasty shit about the writing, the grammar, angry because I wrote a poem about a fish and finally coming for my face and the fact that I post in both English and Spanish. It has been an extremely overwhelming past 2 days and honestly I just wanted to come here to let off some steam and read your favorite poems, the ones that move you and inspire you or make you question everything ps. I know i’m not a good writer and i don’t care because i love writing for me and i’ll keep doing it but it’s been so overwhelming to see how hurtful people can be
