i was stuck on an island for 3 weeks after being diagnosed with covid-19 and had to quarantine in the hotel room with the most beautiful view. i did my makeup almost everyday out of boredom and watched football highlights on my phone religiously. i also had a new favorite drink (banana milk) which the wonderful staff would leave by my door almost everyday. i would never recommend contracting a contagious illness with a possibly life threatening new strain during a global pandemic. but at least i had a view.
