? 🏃‍♂️ ?

been jogging at least three times a week for only two weeks, i plan on keeping that pace up, but jesus christ when does it actually become tolerable? i used to work out regularly in high school and also hated it, i've just never felt good doing anything fitness related. i need to do some aerobic exercise. any tips for feeling joy in being healthy?
