When I was growing up, I’d play outside almost everyday from 96-2010. During that time, and I’m sure before too, basically every house had an outdoor cat- they were a part of our neighborhood! Like an even more beloved squirrel. I barely see any anymore, besides the missing cat posters☹️ even my own kitty stays safe inside with me always🙏 Maybe it’s as simple as there are more predators in my neighborhood than there used to be? But idk, I’m very curious to hear if anyone knows why or has other ideas. Ps I’m so happy to finally have a place to start asking my “questions for anyone“ list🤓
