I run a large team that only has one weekly meeting, so I always do an intro question at the beginning to give people a chance to socialize (lol sorry to be a perpetrator of mandatory company fun, but we do what we gotta do!). I’m running out of ideas already and am soliciting needed help. Some past examples are “what is the weirdest job you’ve ever had” or “what’s your go-to breakfast?” Must be work appropriate and sensitive to different socioeconomic backgrounds (I hate things like travel since then you get a lot of “daddy’s yacht” vs “I’ve never left my home state.”).
